The top is finally together, and I’m waiting for the batting I’ll use for trapunto to arrive.

There is some fullness here and there, but it’s tightened up since I hit it with starch and steam.

Should I also mention that I kept running my hands over it telling it to relax, as if that would actually work. ?? 🙂

I’m planning to puff out the circles with extra batting, and also couch down some metallic yarn to define the stars that landed on yellow backgrounds.
